35 hours awake.
4 hours in front of a Ibercaja's cash dispenser.
5 hours hitting F5 on Ibercaja's website.
5 hours waiting for an Ibercaja's explanation.
2 hours and a half calling from four phones listening to the line busy beep.

and even though after all this odyssey today at 14:22 they have miraculously (sp?) answered on the phone and now I have a ticket, they will hear from me in the FUCKING IBERCAJA!!!
